May we take this opportunity to introduce ourselves, we are V.S.P Property Management & Rentals and have been operating selectively in the Algarve, mostly in the Golden Triangle (Vale do Lobo, Dunas Douradas, Vale do Garrão, The Crest).

VSP Property Management & Rentals offers you and all your guests an excellent service to ensure you and your family have an enjoyable and relaxing visit to the Algarve and your property is looked after in your absence.

We are a small and very personal home management & rental company focused on caring for your home, as if it were our own. We value our relationships with owners and our clients. As such, you will always deal with us directly.

The pre-inspection and lock-up service allow VSP Team to identify any maintenance problems before arrival and during the departure lock up (when they turn on/off hot water, open/close shutters, turn on/off heating/cooling, take in/out heavy garden or terrace furniture, set clocks, TV’s, DVD’s, video, Hi-Fi’s, secure property on departure and record meter readings).

The Technical Team is available to resolve any problems you may experience during your stay or whilst your property is being used by family, friends, guests, or when unoccupied. They do not work Sundays, but are on call 24 hours a day, on standby outside normal office operational hours.

VSP loyal team of friendly maids provide a high standard of maid service, in accordance with our customer's personal needs and preferences. In preparation for your arrival the property is given a thorough clean externally (windows, shutters and terraces are optional) and internally (lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms).
