For the past 7 years under her previous employment Vera Pascoal has looked after the management and ‘day to day’ running of our villa in Portugal. During the period we have found Vera highly professional, competent and trustworthy. In 2013 Vera embarked on a new venture and formed her own company V.S.P Property management. In 2013 we appointed Vera to take over the management of our property and since then she continued to provide us with the same excellent high class personal service. We have no hesitation whatsover in recommending V.S.P. for property management.

Vera Pascoal, who is the Owner/Manager of VSP, is excellent, she is extremely thorough in all areas just as our source told us she would be, she is always quick to arrange any works you may require, is on top of all admin/paperwork and keeps the house and grounds in an excellent state all year round as her employees are as conscientious as she is at keeping everything in top condition. Vera Pascoal runs a slick operation, is efficient, friendly, very approachable and helpful as many of our guests have quoted in our Customers Review Book, which we leave at the house.

We are delighted with VSP and can certainly and easily recommend VSP Property Management as we ourselves are always concerned that the house is well kept, not only for our guests but also for our neighbours and Vera certainly puts our mind at rest, that this is being done and done properly.
