For the last 7, 8? years Vera Pascoal has been looking after my villa in Dunas Douradas as if it were her own.
Her care is professional, efficient, cost-consious, thorough and always with a smile!
My family and my guests all know Vera (if the key is lost and the gate is closed, if the boiler does not start, where is the supermarket and can we have an extra cleaning…etc etc ) and they think the world of her. Every problem is tackled until it is solved; Vera will think with you and offer intelligent and resourceful solutions. She really takes care of your house and will try everything to keep it in a good or even better shape.

For the past 7 years under her previous employment Vera Pascoal has looked after the management and ‘day to day’ running of our villa in Portugal. Vera Pascoal, who is the Owner/Manager of VSP, is excellent, she is extremely thorough in all areas just as our source told us she would be, she is always quick to arrange any works you may require, is on top of all admin/paperwork and keeps the house and grounds in an excellent state all year round as her employees are as conscientious as she is at keeping everything in top condition. Vera Pascoal runs a slick operation, is efficient, friendly, very approachable and helpful as many of our guests have quoted in our Customers Review Book, which we leave at the house.
