Maintenance – Technical Team:
Our technical Team are happy to provide a professional maintenance service, along with a visual inspection during periods of bad weather or when we have concerns, they are happy to provide a repair –maintenance service and to resolve any problems you may have during your stay or whilst your property is being used by family, friends, guest or when unoccupied
This allows our Team to identify any problems before arrival and during your stay. Our Team is working and available from Mondays until Fridays during the winter time and from Mondays to Saturdays during the pick season from 9:00 H to 13H and from 14H to 18:00 H. There will be always some staff on call out 24hours a day, on a standby outside normal office operational hours.
Cleaning & Laundry Services:
Our loyal team of friendly maids provide a high standard of maid service, in accordance with our customer's personal needs and preferences
Whilst the property is unoccupied we recommend that it is opened up, aired and cleaned between 1 to 2 hours per week, dependent on size of property.
In preparation for your arrival the property is given a thorough clean externally (windows, shutters and terraces are optional, as per owners instructions) and internally (lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, basements).
When the property is occupied, the service includes dusting, sweeping, cleaning the floors, making the beds, ironing, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen according to a daily schedule map. When a guest/client/family need a full clean service, we can offer specified kinds of cleans or as per the owner´s request: per-arrival clean – departure clean - spring clean – maintenance clean – mid week clean – daily cleans with change of towels and /or linen.
Following your departure, our professional team need to carry out the cleaning of wc’s, stoves/ovens, disposing of perishables and rubbish, stripping the beds and removing the towels/linen for laundering. All sheets and towels are laundered as necessary, as part of the laundry service. Laundry is weighed by the laundry company. Dry cleaning is also available for special items.
The pool maintenance team will work on a weekly basis (1 or 2 times)- All our technical support team understands the importance of the maintaining the correct balances in your pool with full responsibility.
This allows the following services: making sure the pool is cleaned correctly on each visit, including the regular back washing, regular change of sand filters, annual servicing of pumps, valves and pipes, cleaning pump room on a regular basis, check pool heaters, pumps in order to give your pool equipment longevity. The quality of the pool water is very important to us!
